| 1. Physician calls your dedicated result line from any touch tone phone. |
| 2. Physician enters a unique patient ID number and PIN Code for the patient. |
| 3. Physician Records the results. |
| 4. Patient is provided a lab result reminder card with the result access information (Patient ID and PIN), and your result line phone number. |
| 5. Result delivery status ("recorded")and the recording time stamp is displayed in your management portal. |
