All portal tools are accessible from any secure web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.), from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
| Integration |
| Doctor Dial provides a multitude of secure integration options to retrieve patient schedules from your existing practice management, EMR, or appointment scheduling system. If your practice doesn't have an appointment scheduling program, you can use our free web based appointment book. |
| Live Transfers |
| Live transfers are only available in confirmations during your normal business hours. If it is after hours, only the standard confirmation options (Confirm, Cancel, and Reschedule) will be available during your patients confirmation call. The feature can be enabled or disabled from your Web Management Portal. |
